Service Description
EmailQu provides a free temporary (disposable) email service. This service allows users to:
- • Create temporary email addresses instantly
- • Receive emails to those addresses in real-time
- • Use API for integration with other applications
Acceptable Use
Permitted Uses:
- ✓ Account verification on websites or applications
- ✓ Testing and software development
- ✓ Protecting privacy from newsletters or promotions
- ✓ Service or product evaluation
PROHIBITED Uses:
- ✗ Illegal activities or fraud
- ✗ Spam or malware distribution
- ✗ Copyright or intellectual property violations
- ✗ Abusing service to attack other systems
- ✗ Illegal or harmful content
No Warranty
This service is provided "as is" without any warranty. We do not guarantee:
- ! 100% service availability without interruption
- ! Perfect or timely email delivery
- ! Absolute data security
Data Retention and Deletion
All emails and temporary email address data will be AUTOMATICALLY deleted within 24 hours. We reserve the right to delete data earlier if necessary for system maintenance.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service. Use of the service is entirely at the user's own risk.
API Usage
API users must comply with reasonable usage limits. We reserve the right to limit or block API access in case of abuse.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on this page.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
